About Bergen County
Bergen is the most populous county in New Jersey with 70 municipalities packed between the Hudson River, the Ramapo Mountains, and the New York border.
Because we live and operate here, Bergen homeowners get the fastest response, the lowest mobilization costs, and crews that understand the local building stock — pre-war row homes near the Hudson, the post-war ranches that fill towns like Bergenfield and Lodi, and the large colonials of the western valleys. We've replaced roofs after every major Bergen storm of the last decade and our work is concentrated within a 15-mile radius of our shop.
Local Housing & Weather
Housing stock: Bergen homes run the gamut: dense brick row houses near the GWB, mid-century Cape Cods and ranches through the central towns, and large colonials and Tudors in the western suburbs. Many roofs are 20–30 years old and entering the replacement window.
Weather & wear: Northern Bergen catches heavy snow loads and is prone to ice-dam formation on poorly ventilated attics, while the lower-elevation eastern towns see more wind-driven rain off the Hudson.
Services We Emphasize in Bergen County
